Catherine Ashton began her career styling Artists for CBS records where her work appeared on numerous music videos. She entered the film business at the bottom and her creative work and warm personality have brought her to the top. Whether it is for Meg Ryan, Hillary Duff, Cara Delevingne or Jaden Smith, Ashton’s incredible eye for fashion and character-driven designs are greeted with delight. Working closely with the director’s vision she helps actors formulate and discover the characters they are about to embody. This close collaboration enables the cast to slip into their characters with ease. Catherine understands the bottom line and producers quickly appreciate her ability to create looks on a shoestring. Based in Toronto, Catherine is available for work worldwide.
